GRAB

Writer. Full length play in development.

Maire runs pub quizzes and has abortions. Lola uses infidelity websites and has a baby. Piers is busy fucking them both and congratulating himself about it. How do women reconcile 'Good things come to those who wait' and 'Seize the day'? 2 sayings coined by Great Men.

CUT.jpg

CUT

Writer. Full length play in development

It's a new play about Arash, he is 13 and sick of it and scared and took a knife into school. I guess it's also about government cuts to education and prejudice and adolescence. I have workshopped the play with Anima Theatre@The Bodega and Director, Tiana Linden.

CREATING.jpg

IN MY DRAWER

I am always writing and reading and collaborating

Countless short plays, films and ideas are waiting to find an outlet. Most of them are about mothers and daughters, ageing and fear and death. Cheery? I actually like to think I'm quite funny. I am hugely inspired by place, be it a nail salon, a barber's, a bus route or a neighbour's sitting room.
